18 year old Beatrice Cole realises she's stuck in a story. More specifically, a terrible comic book called Waters of Love. Forced to act out cringey scenes as an extra and best friend to the heroine, outside the main storyline she tries to find a way to change the story. When another character called Nathan wakes up and she meets the irritating and familiar Rowan, Beatrice must fight her conflicting feelings for both. But the story isn't going well for Beatrice Cole and time is running out. Not sure who to trust and with more people waking up, will Beatrice beat the story before it ends her? And what exactly is Nathan hiding from her?
