Atypical

Amaryllis Xenakis knew from the moment she saw him that he was going to be the one. The one to tempt her, undo her, disable any semblance of inhibition she had ever tried to construct for herself and inadvertently induce her to make a complete arse of herself on international television. All the things she promised herself she wouldn't do during her stay at the Villa, this man would make her forget those personal vows. All of a sudden her heart and body had done a complete 180, and they told her brain to sod off with its stupid rules, because there was some serious "nature" business to be had with this man. He was a beautiful creature that some primitive voice deep inside her told her that she had to have, and foolish things like being aware of television cameras and hidden mics dotted around the flashy villa she was currently staying in (for an undetermined amount of time) were apparently irrelevant.

That's when she lost control of everything, completely and entirely. Not that she had much of a handle on things before that point. Where other adults would have probably thrived, she struggled, especially in social situations. She was gregarious enough, but her brain didn't work exactly like most other people's. She was a little 'atypical', as she called it, and it could cause all sorts of problems, as she had found out.
