I am Lydia, daughter of the village Tailors in Camelot.
My family have been the village and palace seamstress and tailor for as long as I can remember, and even before that.
I was skilled in the way of clothes craft though I had a far greater talent, that being magic.
Only my parents and dearest friends, Merlin and Gwen know of my powers. Merlin and I have known each other since birth, and we share the great gift of sorcery, though his powers are more advanced. 
Mine are powerful also, but they are more for healing and helping, than anything else.
This is the story of my life as a maid in the Pendragon Palace of Camelot.

WRITERS NOTE: obviously the girl is Sophia, but I will be using her to portray Lydia, and will be this new character with nothing of the old one.

COPYRIGHT: The characters other than Lydia, her family, Thaddius and a few extras all belong to the BBC. The story line is also my own, though some parts have been influenced and adapted from the show.All Rights Reserved
