The world as Autobots and Decepticons know it is about to be turned upside down. A pod is discovered at an archaeological dig somewhere in Oregon. Prowl, Sideswipe, WheelJack and Perceptor are sent to investigate it, as humans at the time are convinced that it's Cybertronian technology, as carbon dating put it's landing point to be somewhere around the same time the Ark crashed millions of years ago. Upon actual inspection, the Autobots present concur that it is not, in any way, cybertronian. Prowl determines that its better in the Ark, rather then left alone for Decepticon's to find. So, it's hooked up to a reluctant Sideswipe and towed it back to the ark. Leaving it in the 'tender and loving care' of Perceptor, Skyfire, and Wheeljack. The contents, and the events that follow, are not anything any of them expected.
