Sian has been living in Brisbane for bit over a year. she had a rough first year of high school but she is determined to change her image this year in grade 9. She has spent the last couple of weeks before school just lying around. But when her little brother comes home and says that there is a new boy a few houses down from her, things change dramatically.
Jack is the new guy. Having just recently moved, he is excited for a new start. In grade 10 this year, he is ready to start making choices for the future. Being a defence family has it lows and highs but this time Jack is really happy he moved here to sunny Brisbane, Queensland. When he meets a girl up the street from him, he has to rethink the decisions he wants to make.
this isnt a love story. I cant tell you if they live happily ever after.

Senior high school was probably one of the best moments in life, at least for certain folks. We learn the meaning of life from those periods. It only happens 3 years for the majority of people. But the moments still linger on our mind. Example? Here it goes... "They say teenage romance is awkward-but nobody said it would come with strawberry perfume, secret siblings, and a weeb girl who could read minds..." "'Are you seriously making out with your twin?!' I screamed. Dani stood frozen. Daisy ran. And somehow... this all started with candied flowers." "An absolute affection coming from absurd person? Shining Glasses included... such an irony". And many more absurdity follows... Putra, a normal student that has been dragged everywhere... This story is based on an Indonesian High School, where a male teen discovers a new perspective on affection. *Notes - Sorry for my basic, amateurish English and story telling.
