A lot of things has happened for the Nekomata known as Koneko Toujou. During the meeting where RIser barged in, she glowed a golden light before disappearing. Her friends all thought that she was gone for good and it had a major effect on their training for the Rating Game. They mourned over the loss of their friend much more than training. As such, during the Rating Game, things almost immediately went south. But just when they were about to lose, Koneko had returned. But she didn't come alone. She came with friends. The second one is two beautiful litterature works - "Night on the Galactic Railroad" by Kenji Miyazawa, as well as "Life is a Dream" by Pedro Calderón de la Barca. In the background, I have been listening non-stop to the album "Sora no Niwa" by Akino Arai. You will certainly notice the omnipresence of the lexical field of light and dream in all its forms... If you do not know them, I recommend you listen to/read them as their influence have helped me build an entire mood in this fanfiction! Please note the illustrations are mine. Enjoy!
