Julia Forgave

Julia Weppersmith is a delinquent. She gets in trouble all the time and doesn't care. the one thing she wants though is to get away from home. With her crappy stepmother and father fighting all the time, she is never home. A school is never a good option either. The kids make fun of her and the teachers treat her like dirt.
