Rain Down - A Bellarke Love Story

Clarke freezes - even her heart seems to have stopped for an indiscernible amount of time. It seems to take her brain a millennia to recognize that the whisper has come from behind. And then, her heart begins to thump anew, beating the living hell out of her unsuspecting ribcage. She swallows, letting out a shaky breath, disturbed by the absurd physiological reaction she is experiencing in response to the presence of this boy.

Clarke befriends a ragtag team of delinquents in order to achieve a mutually beneficial goal, but their mission may very well get her into a whole lot of trouble.

Intrigue ensues as Clarke finds herself thrown into a mystery without any clear idea of whom she can trust. Because everyone has secrets. Especially the enigmatic Bellamy Blake, who may or may not be a boatload of trouble himself.

Clarke lifts her eyes to look into his. Her heart is hammering so hard that she could feel its beat in each one of her fingertips. She feels as though she might pass out. Or, at the very least, throw up.

The boy doesn't smile at her, just glances between her and Wells impassively. "Got a pen?" he says to no one in particular.
