so i've been trying to shift since dec 2020, and i still haven't shifted, but recently i have created a method that has worked really well for me so far. i always get really great symptoms with it and i have gotten close to shifting with it many times and i decided to share it with you because i really want to help others shift as well! it is a method that litterally anyone can use and it will be so easy fot you to shift with it once you personalize it to make it work for you! most of the steps are just the base to the method, you can remove or add anything you'd like to make it work for you! i will also be adding extra information and tips and advice because why not, and i've also learned quite a bit of things about this concept during my journey that i think people will find interesting and/or helpful! i will also provide motivation because i know how frustrating it can get <3 been there done that, it is not a great feeling :/ if i help or motivate at least one person to shift that would make my day <33 as always if you have any questions i will try my best to answer them :) have a lovely day and i hope you enjoy we're all shifting soon lovelies :)) 111 222 333 444 555All Rights Reserved
