It takes time and determination for the fiercely opposed to ally. Russia, America, and their friends have always found themselves at odds with each other; a hostility of mutual dissing and high school hatred. Yet, when one of the high school student body's most beloved events, the annual Prom, is cancelled due to insufficient funding and lack of preparation, it may be their only reason to put a past of immaturity behind them and work hand in hand to bring it back - for good and for justice. Scandals are looming, the web of political and social turmoil tangles within itself, and in the end, Prom may be more than just a symbol of freedom for the deprived students, but an opportunity; a chance to find much more than just animosity in their high school years.
