Zoey is suffering from depression and anxiety due to some harrasment and joshua in the other hand is receiving a treatment in an expensive private hospital.

Zoey's tita who happened to know about her situation invited her to this  hospital who is also an doctor for her to recieve a treatment. despite having no money for the treatment her parents still insist on sending her to the hospital. 

Tristan on the other hand have acute leukemia that is recieving treatment in this particular hospital .

A sort of facility that bide them strongly together.
