There are several things that could cause an apocalypse - a worldwide war, plague, zombies even. No one expects mutated monsters AND a robot uprising to both team up and end everything. 
The two took out over 90% of the world population in the span of two years.
The first to arrive were the mutated monsters. A few mammal species caught a highly contagious disease that mutated them and caused them to grow much larger. They didn't take too kindly to us humans trying to quarantine them and kill them so they fought back. That was the first year.
Second year is when the robots emerged, originally manufactured for the public as home assistants, but reprogrammed as pest control for the mutated creatures. However, there was a glitch in the programming and they ended up turning on their creators. That's when everyone gave up and just tried to survive.
It's been six years now. Asher, a stubborn loner, decides to go off on his own. He leaves the safety of the boarded up shopping mall he and a small colony of people were using as a safe haven. 
What he didn't hope for was to meet a girl out in the wild of the apocalypse, let alone be saved by her.
And Emma, she certainly wasn't expecting to find such an oblivious idiot waving around a gun like a dinner bell.All Rights Reserved

Pools of infection that produce genetic amalgams beyond human comprehension. The fuel for nightmares that plague even the strongest of minds. In addition, several of these Colonies and outposts have started to rapidly perish. Dozens of them breached all over the continent. The infected seem to be growing stronger. This world has given Kayden Moss gentle insight into it's offers. It has made him travel from place to place, Colony or not, in order to simply awaken to fight another day. Eventually, at 19 years old, he came across a peculiar Colony named Zamaton, where he's lived ever since. News of the breaches reach the Warden of the Colony, Rhys, who demands measures to ensure everyone's safety start taking effect. Kayden however, is unaware of them, getting summoned into Rhys's office without previous notice. This only occurs for important matters, or for him to receive scolding for his actions. Whatever the case, he's sure the news are sour. Depending on the situation, the breaches might remain away from the Colony. Or so it seems.

Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Six months went by before the government, that was un-tainted by this vile race began to take action into their own hands contacting other countries and militaries causing the great war to happen, sending both my parents off to fight for our rights. They said that "Changing is part of LIFE.", at least that's what the CSD (Change and Save Department) used to say. They thought they created a "cure". A cure to save many people's lives from sickness, cancer, and all. Unfortunately... They were wrong. It was fine at first... However, their first test subject? It was for no good. Instead of a cure, they made a "virus". The virus is incurable for now. Many people protested against the CSD and the government. It changed.. but it was never saved... They said that once they bit you, in an hour the virus will spread throughout your body and kill you, then you'll be alive but not like you used to be. There are many survivors, but there are also many who have been turned into monsters. They call these monsters, "zombies". The CSD promised that they'll find a cure, but much-lost hope, lost hope for being alive, lost hope for survival. A 17 yrs. the old girl was in between that. Everything might sound and look horrible but she never lost hope for survival. "I'm running out of food.." she kept on talking to herself since there was no one but her. She saw a grocery store nearby so she checked it out if there were food, and fortunately, there was. She stuffed the food in her bag until she heard something. "Is someone there?" She asked, she hoped it wasn't what she thought about but there it was. The zombie's legs were twisted so it will have a hard time catching her. However, she never encountered that close. She stuffed the last food in her bag and ran. She ran to the girl's restroom. When she opened the door there were zombies! It almost caught her but fortunately, nothing happened to her. She ran back but there were more! "Please don't say this is how I'm going to die!" She said to herself. Is she going to die? Who will she meet? Will they survive this cruel world?? It's funny, really. It's funny how as kids we always played these zombie games and thought it would be so cool to be in a zombie apocalypse. We tried to figure out who out of our friend groups would die first, and who would live to the end. We were fascinated as young boys by the shooting games where you would blow a zombie's head off without a second thought. They were monsters. Nothing more. You barely thought of how they were once human. Because they weren't. It was just a game. Or it was just a movie. But when it became real life, you could see the family photos of the zombie you just killed. You could see the dead children who had been beaten to death by their own mother. The same mother whose skull you just bashed open on her kitchen floor for trying to rip your jaw apart. They were all once alive. And the outbreak ended their lives. They could have been your cousin, your friend, your neighbor. It could have been you. But you hold on to the fact that it wasn't. And because of that, you go on. ___ Set in 2037, two years after the worldwide bacterial infection called The Cure started, Mason Martinez and his two buddies try their best to survive in this post-apocalyptic world. But when Mason finds out about a so-called "safe zone" about 4 cities from where he stands, Mason strives to find it. Even if that means he has to cross the 4 main factions of his area. The Lab Coats, The Mercenaries, The Raiders, and the worst of all, The Salvation. And to find this safe zone, Mason is willing to do whatever it takes.

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.
