I looked at her eyes, searching for nothing and everything. I searched for a demon capable of a crime so gruesome. I searched for a monster incapable of hiding itself from the preying eyes of the jury. Instead, I found a broken, numb girl, lost and empty.

Errum Hasan, 17 y/o has been convicted for the murder of her own mother. A cheerful, kind, ambitious teenager with big dreams and better grades. When the perfect girl who seemed to love her mother like any other, is found standing still on the rooftop, pushing off her mother from the edge of a 5 storied building. Afterwards, she goes dumb, not a word comes out from her lips. While the rest of her family goes hysterical over HOW she could do this, detective Eyzah and her team start searching the answers to WHY.

Why you played me?" I asked my voice breaking in middle. "I had my reasons." He replied shortly. "Don't you dare give me that crap. You are going to tell me everything right now or I'm going back to Pakistan and asking for divorce from you" I spat back at him. "Please calm down Ayeza. I'll tell you my every reason. But you need rest right now. We'll talk later" he said trying to touch my hands. "Don't touch me. Don't you dare come close to me even. And start talking if you don't want me to do anything reckless right now" I replied in raging tone. "Fine" he sighed hurt clear on his face ..................................... this is my first story so mistakes are posible please bear with me. There she met seven other kids with situations similar to her own. Will Lily get better and go live with her family again or will she remain in a sense of denial enough that her sanity is in jeopardy? This story is told from Lily's point of view but it actually told by another girl with her little comments every now and again.
