A Pirate's Wish

When you lead an adventurous life, you must always be prepared for surprises. One can easily conclude that in order to be feared, you must have been followed at some point. But what happens when that fear turns into something more than what meets the eye?

Sophie Moore had always had a life of privilege. The daughter of none other than the Lord of Cornwall, she can admit to herself that for whatever reason, being wealthy and spoiled has its perks. But what happens when her father's mistakes catch up with her and she finds herself in the hands of his pirate rivals? Could she ever escape from being sold as a slave? Or is that the life she was destined for after all?

Jacob Davey had been at the helm of Mary's Blood for ten years now. Ever since he was a child he had been thrown into the life at sea, one he particularly enjoys now. Not that he had any other choice. However, he had set some rules for his crew from the very beginning: do not attack, only defend; do not steal unless stolen from; always ask for help and, unde no circumstances do you take slaves on the ship.

One of these rules shall be broken. And then so many more are to come. Can Jack Davey prevail in his quest for honor or is he doomed to a life of solitude with the ocean?
