Intro Lore :

After getting his butt kicked after he tried to attack Presto Palace's Top Magicians for tricking him, (Even though it was actually a good reason to be pissed this time) 

Hex decided he would leave Earth (Because he felt...well, Hex doesn't know what he felt anymore) to go back to the place he once called "Home".

Hex was coming back to Cairn after countless eons of leaving after an incident that made him swore to burn every single world along with him. 

But when he does come back, there was something wrong... Very wrong.

Messed up things have happened while he was gone....

My favourite incarnation of the Doctor is perfect for that if I manage to pull it off.
