Set in 1980, 7 years after the events of "Come Back to me Sweet Love of Mine". This story is as a continuation and spin-off, with Julian as the protagonist. While certain details in "Cake Boy" will make more sense if you read "Come Back to me Sweet Love of Mine", it can stand on its own. This story is highly inspired by "The Great British Baking Show", so if you love that show, you'll enjoy this story. Although set in Spain, I made a creative decision for all the characters to speak in English. Also, I've added asterisks to recipes that some may not be familiar with. At the end of each chapter, a description will be provided.

Summary:

17-year old Julian worries that he will forever live under the shadow of his father, John Lennon. Now at the crossroads of youth and adulthood, he's struggling to figure out who he is and what he wants out of life. In an attempt to distinguish himself from his father, Julian latches on to one passion that's completely separate from him: cooking. For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year.
