Tommy hated being an Omega so he hid it. He took heavy meds that stopped his heat and his smell. If he didn't take his meds once he would have a three week long heat period. Even in exile he still took his meds. Everyone believed he was a beta. He didn't have a scent and he didn't have heats or runts. What would happen if Tommy was locked in the cell with Dream for a week.
