Within the city of Noviri, there are three types of people. The normal, who go about their day as is expected, are the most common. However, under the surface, is an agency made solely to bring about justice and keep order, no matter the cost. They are "The Nebula of Masayoshi". Then, there are those who wait in the shadows for victims of their agency's schemes. They are the eyes of "The Fallen" and the frenemies of the Nebula. It goes both ways, one day they'll work together, and the next they'll have the other's blood on their hands.

Mizuki Silver used to be a part of the norm. She was a good kid, she just was surrounded by the wrong people. She wakes up one afternoon in the medical office of the Nebula faced by three of its agents. They ask her several questions, very little of which she has answers to, and then they tell her this :

"Mizuki, we believe you may be suffering from a fairly large case of memory loss."

They tell her they can restore the memories, she'd just have to stay with them a little longer. Therefore, she is given a job as an agent and is immediately trained. She doesn't know where this journey is taking her, but if she doesn't find out, she won't know much at all, will she?
