A face caught your eye. One man stood out from the rest; a tall, middle-aged man had locked his eyes on you. You did not know why, but something about him latched your attention on him. You kept walking, but you could feel the glare of the tall, suspicious man still on you. Something about him felt familiar, but you couldn't put your finger on it. You were led up the front entrance stairs, and just before walking through the tall double doors, you take one look back. He was as still as a pillar and as big as a giant. You locked eyes with the man just as the doors closed behind you.
It was time you faced your punishment. With the man lurking in the back of your mind, you prepare for your trial.
"Lord help me." You whispered under your breath.
