I lie there staring into her forest green eyes that were staring back at me. I felt a pang of hurt in my chest when i realize what she just told me. I grab her hands in mine as i feel tears brim my eyes, "Kenzie, come on you can't do this me!" I cry begging her to take it back "You remember what i told you" She sniffles holding back tears herself, "no strings attached, one of us was going to get hurt eventually" "I-I don't care that you hooked up with Scott, just please don't leave me!" I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking.
