100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. BOOK 2 After chaos destroyed, America fell into pandemonium and there was no communication with the U.S. After a pandemic crisis on the East coast, most civilization was abandoned near the Atlantic Ocean. After that, the world slowly began to fall to pieces and almost every country made a scramble to figure a way to make space travel easier so they could colonize a planet. But a new leader came out of the ashes and proclaimed they would consider the apocalypse a "rebirth" and proceeded (with his advanced engineering) to clear radioactivity from America and make it livable again. With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power. He is a fair but cruel master (calling himself a Lord) and some people refuse to work for him. These people manage to escape the oppression of the Lord and live out on the wasteland that was once a great country. Some band together to make right communities and others rough it out by themselves, scavenging for a living.

Six abandoned orphans in an apocalyptic world. The alien meteors that slammed into the world in 2028 plagued the world after wiping out most of the population. Then, creatures began to come from it. Creatures from myth and hell. Creatures that would climb their way to the top of the food chain, shoving humans from their pedestal. After wiping out most of the adults and most of the children, most that remain are teenagers between the ages of thirteen and twenty. Some are lucky. Some are not. These six are just trying to survive, not change the world. Though it would be a nice thing to rebuild the world. **DISCLAIMER** There are probably gonna be quite a few errors because I did not edit this. I glanced over it while compiling them but I doubt I got any mistakes. If you see one, just correct it in your head. There is no reason to draw much attention to it. This is also very short. It's around 16,000 words but only about 8 chapters. I have considered a sequel, since I enjoyed writing this. We will see how it all plays out. Thank you :)

The total number of countries and nations been halved since then. The world though, was quick to adapt from being a post-war wasteland to a modern utopia. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.

At what lengths would he go to fulfill a promise? What enemies will he face? Which allies will he make? And more importantly of all. What is the cost to pay? I would really appreciate if you give a little of time to comment your opinion of every chapter, and it would help me a lot if any typo, continuity error, or some writing advice you can make. This is my first story and I very exited to see how it goes! What will happen in Elliot's life when Alexander enters? I know its sounds a cliché Highschool story but I promise it's not , I love BoyxBoy books to read and I thought I should write one, this book has a mature scene and little violent.
