After blipping for five years, Strange finds out he's been replaced as Sorcerer Supreme and as a number two to the Sorcerer Supreme on a technicality. Learning to navigate through the different changes quickly and normally proves to be a difficult task for Stephen but with Jodie beside him to walk him through it, things become much easier. 
Though her plate stands full. After having to adjust quickly without any real sense of time to Stephen reappearing after five years, losing her safe haven during the blip Tony Stark, and having to fight the urge to keep her feelings for Stephen, has forced her into a corner she only wishes she could have backed herself out of. Jodie spills her secret to Stephen, whose track record with love is undeniably flawed. Rather than using words he uses instinct in the form of physicality which turns everything they ever knew about their relationship, upside down.
