Took place after the events of 'Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' 

After a painful realization of her heinous actions, the nightmarish Scarlet Witch destroys each & every copy of the Darkhold across the multiverse as her last act of redemption before succumbing to her 'death'.

Instead of 'dying' the Scarlet Witch was instead teleported to a different universe called 'Earth-222' where she met what seemed to be an innocuous little girl in a rural coastal town with whom she mysteriously could not read telepathically.
