I made this fanfic based on a theory I've had for a long time (also this is the first fanfic I've actually made and posted online). What if John had been used for experiments when he was younger by his mother? In the original unOrdinary, they don't mention his mother at all. What if he was captured by Ember when he was little? How would unOrdinary carry out? There will be some OCs here and there. But just so the plot moves along. I'll also be doing other UNO fanfics if I feel like it. Until then! John has a cousin who also attends Wellston, and who has dethroned Arlo. He rules similarly to Rei, discouraging bullying and doing his best to break the distance between the tiers, but nothing seems to work. Then, he gets wind that his cousin has enrolled as a cripple, and has successfully befriended the second-most powerful student in the school: Seraphina. Urging John to reveal his power and help him break the distance, he does everything in his power to bring John, not into the hierarchy, but to accept himself and his past. But what happens when the jack, Arlo, overhears their discussion? Will John become the Joker? Or will he accept his power with the help of his cousin? That's for me to know, and you to find out. Note: Many of these characters belong to Uru-Chan. I am simply reimagining them in new circumstances.

Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks. A short time after John's return, Isen comes to him battered and bruised from a late night battle pleading for assistance as both Seraphina and Arlo are nowhere to be found. With Blyke and Remi's well beings on the line, John has to make a decision to either become the man his wishes to be, or to remain the cold king he was before. How will this unforeseen event build and destroy bridges that were once thought to be unbreakable, and those that were thought to be permanently broken. (All Events take place as John is returning to Wellston and he begins to realize that Seraphina is hiding things from him, however, John has not made any attempt yet to join the Safe House and the clubs trip is still in the planning phase.) Now It's all left to him and others like him to save the world from that which has been awakened and to stop he whom awakened it.
