Set in Stone

Avery, Rose, and Carter, (as he goes by his last name), are all friends. Their parents were friends. Their grandparents were friends. Even their great-grandparents were friends.

So what happened to them?

Rose found out Avery was not a boy anymore. And she freaked out.

So it's just Avery and Carter now.
