It has been nigh on two hundred fifty years since the destruction of the Ring and peace thrives in Middle Earth. Men, dwarves, elves, and hobbits live side by side in harmony, or do they?

The Elves disappeared from Middle Earth nearly two hundred years ago and no one knows where they went. All they know is that one day they all vanished.

Except for one.

Illeandir has searched Middle Earth for two-hundred years, ever since a deadly attack that began everything. He scoured the land for a single scroll that holds the location of the lost Elves. But that too is lost.

With no idea where to begin looking, Illeandir visits an old friend who may have a clue to where the scroll hides. Persued by orcs and goblins, who will stop at nothing to kill him, he makes his way to Gondor where he discovers the scroll doesn't exist.

The hiding place of the Elves is a long kept secret by an elf long dead. But visions tell Illeandir otherwise; to revisit a time in his past he'd rather forget.

Do We Let Them Stand Alone? by JenikaFoust
39 parts Ongoing Mature
Galadriel has seen more war in five years than most would experience in a lifetime. She and her brother, Finrod, commanded the Great War's most elite death squad: the Loriens. Together they completed untold thousands of missions, destroying some of the Enemy's most valuable strongholds and weapons. In the last crucial battle of the War, Finrod was killed by Sauron, an Enemy lieutenant of reputed cruelty on and off the battlefield. Morgoth was killed in the same battle, and the Loriens were sent home. Galadriel and her commandos were expected to re-assimilate with the civilian population. Galadriel has struggled to adapt for months; but with her brother gone and so many of the Enemy soldiers, including Sauron, at large, how can she put down the weapons that have kept her safe for so long? Halbrand finally makes his way north to take refuge in the great city of Lindon, where a chance encounter with a half-elf lord puts him directly into the path of Galadriel. He's done fighting. It's time to atone for his misdeeds. If his identity is exposed, can he make the person who matters most to him understand? The two journey to the Southlands, where an orc father is pursuing a secret of his own. What is Adar hunting? That's a lot of very dramatic questions for a single description. All that cinematic fluff aside, I hope you'll take a look at my original fiction piece, as it has cost me many brain cells and many hours of sleep. #2 in haladriel trying to get in the top 100 of the lordoftherings tag but I keep topping out really close to 100...one day...

The hope of saving the world now rests on the shoulders of one young man. Can he stop this evil before it rises again? Or will the darkness snuff out the light and reign supreme? Find out in the first exciting installment of The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon! My story takes place on a alternate Earth, in the fictional realm of Arnora. A place abundant with magic and full of different races such as Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Witches and Wizards. I've taking inspiration from some of my favorite well known sources to bring this story to life. Some of them include The Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, Eragon and even Harry Potter. If you enjoy epic fantasy stories then I think you'll enjoy my story The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon. This is an original story of my own creation with my own original characters. Before I started publishing my story on Wattpad I've had several people read it and they've told me it was good and they enjoyed reading it and I hope you all enjoy it as well. I've always been told I have a very active and creative imagination and I should use that i it a like and follow for more chapters to come. Please feel free to point out any grammatical errors you find that I may have missed as I'm constantly editing the story to make it better. *If any names in my story are that of real world people it's completely coincidental, I use a random name generator, which creates countless names, to help with the naming of some of my characters.
