Noreen Hale was just a kid when the fire  happened, 
She saw the whole house go up in flames and ran into the burning house too look for her older brother and twin sister but as the fire got higher she couldn't see and she fell and hit her head hard  putting her in a coma, but when Scott McCall gets bit she wakes up after six years of being comatose her story finally begins.
