Aldwin is a smaller man with a past that no one really knows of. He's always the knight who either messes up or makes a mockery of the squadron. Kinsey absolutely hated his guts for ages, but during their trip to capture the dragon, Kinsey discovers a new side to him. Then there's Audrey, the fittest most charming, and most handsome of the dragon killers. Not only is he irresistible, he already likes her. On the night of her betrothal to a man over twice her age, the King's soldiers come to their tiny village, and in the chaotic aftermath she's left with a choice. Where creatures like elves and fae live. It is also a place that holds a deep, brutal history. As an outsider, it is quite possibly the last place someone like Eoin should be. A race of human-looking beings who can take the form of true dragons. Yet, their heated war is perhaps the most deadly thing to encounter. Dragons are powerful, almost god-like and many of the brethren have proven that they cannot be allowed to run free with their immense powers. Yet, in the middle of such chaos, Eoin finds himself in the arms of a particularly powerful dragon. And the crown prince no less: Nakiirn. Despite the safety Nakiirn provides, the dangers that abound eventually sneak their way past the draconic protector and straight for the vulnerable human a long way from home.Kumpleto
