Therapy is a compilation of short excerpts of me just venting and speaking from personal feelings and just letting out all the thoughts in my head and emotions in my heart I felt writing this. Overall it was a very emotional and raw peace for me because it came from a genuine place but gonna head and check out a little detour into my life you won't be disappointed
