Hi guys! I'm an aspiring writer and this story is about the whole world being wiped out most of the human race. The only people that survive are those with sickle cell, because if you have sickle cell anemia, you're immune to the disease. Please feel free to provide me critique, advice and thoughts. Also, I have no idea what the title should be! A title suggestion would really help. (: Thanks!

Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

There are billions of cells inside the human body. It was a nice day with not pathogens, bacteria, viruses, etc to destroy the body. Certain white blood cells and red blood cells go on their journey to experience their feelings as well as the world around them. But what if... the red blood cells wonders off to a dark part of the area and meet someone, an odd cell? What happens then? Will chaos happen? Can the immune cells stop the disease from spreading?
