“You’re so dark!” “You blend in with the night” “Girl you need some color” “Aww! She wish she was light skin””You burnt!” Discrimination and Bullying are what 18 year old Africa is faced with on a daily basis. She’s a dark skin beauty but her color is the only thing that seems to catch their eyes. “Stop being so insecure about everything, I’m not going to hurt you. I’m a thug but I know how to love too” “I don’t want to be another girl you screwed, Tyler!” When she runs into Compton’s most respected man, Tyler, she starts to get insecure about everything. Her age, color etc. Knowing how the thugs do it, she tries to stay away from them but it seems as though, everywhere she goes Tyler is there. Will they become something new? Or will this just be another Thug Love story?
