As a high school student attending Carter Century High. He's a straight A+ student, the football captain and the most popular guy around. All while dating Stacey Winters. She's rather stuck up and gets what she wants while using her rich dad's credit cards to get her way.

That all changes once the new kid comes around.
Erik Samuels, recently moved to HickeryVille. He's shy, a bit of a shut in and emotionally dethatched from the world and hardly with any friends or lack there of. His dad moves around a lot. Constantly going from place to place due to his job so making friends have always been hard enough as it is. His mom is caring, a great cook and always there for Erik when he needs her. But she does give him some space when he needs it.
Then one dark night during Stacy's party. Connor and Erik finally share a moment.
Butterflies fluttering around Connors stomach and Erik feels a warm embrace in his soul. Both their hearts beat in sync for the first time. A spark that may change them and the lives around them for better or for worse.
