Aurora was always 'the girl with no friends'.  She didn't know why, but everyone seemed to ignore her except her family. Aurora's mother, Olivia, keeps taking credit for her work.  Aurora hoped to find someone who understands and doesn't ignore her.  
Luna lives in a tiny house with her mother and her cat.  Luna barely talks and is always nervous, but was an exceptional student.  Going to Starlight Academy was a tremendous honor, and Luna doesn't want to waste this chance.  
Aurora and Luna's lives intersect, causing the girls to create something greater... and might be dangerous.
