The thing is when one of these antiques actually take me away from my modern world I don't know what to do. The "monster" my husband claims is taking me away as the days go by is no monster. Alex, meanwhile is too wrapped up in politics to see how much Henry is suffering, and in his attempt to balance being everything to everyone, turns to vice. Will this be the thing that tears them apart? How can they both be happy if one of them has to sacrifice the life they have always desired? Follows book cannon (but not the bonus chapter exactly) and takes place 6 years after the end of the book.
