So, what do I write in this book? What inspired me? Here's the true story and origin....In 2020, I got three cats: Luna: A fat-in-a-good-way tabby cat (The oldest) Lattè: A blue blue Egyptian tabby cat (The one in the background photo) Smudge: A calico cat (the youngest of the three) They were doing fine; Luna was a sassy young lady, Lattè was very kind and can sense emotions well, and then Smudge was a small burst of energy! All was good until October 4th, 2020. The three of them became very sick, so the vet gave us the medicine. The medicine wasn't working, so we went to another vet, and when he asked us to tell him what medicine we were giving them, he said: "This is the wrong medicine!" So the vet suggested that until the medicine came (It had to be bought out of my country) we had to feed them dry oatmeal mixed with mashed pumpkins. In July 10th the three of my babies got VERY SICK, even more that they usually were! The medicine was supposed to arrive a month earlier, but because of CoRoNaViRuS, they couldn't deliver! So the vets tried to suggest something else, but on July 15th, they were very weak.... They couldn't stand.... We took them to the vet again, and he said that we have two choices: We could either keep them alive and they die painfully, or put them down using propofol (It shuts down the body). And so, we chose to put them down. Smudge was lying next to Luna, and cuddling her close. Lattè was scared, and meowed softly. One by one, they put them down. Before they put down Lattè, I held onto her paw gently, and petted her head one last time; I remember, she weakly looked up at me, and meowed. I started to cry. Lattè was then put down, with her other two sisters.... And so, ever since, I've been very sad about this and still think about them a lot. But recently one of my besties told me about her Wattpad stories. I then had the idea to write my own original stories about them here! Ladies, gents, and LGBTQ+! I present to you all: The Cat-ster

A "Beauty and the Beast" retelling. Once upon a time, there was a boy in love with a Lilly. Not a flower, but a girl. It all started one beautiful autumn day. One autumn day that would change the boy's life forever. For on this day, he met Lilly, a beautiful girl with an ugly secret. A secret that threatens to destroy her if she cannot find a way to break the curse forced upon her. Filled with secrets, lies, and love, this short story captures the essence of the original fairy tale with an entirely new twist. ~~~ "Hello, my name is Lilly. What's yours? Is that your mother? I only just came to live here with Ivy, and I don't know many people that come to visit her yet. Do you come often? If you do, we could be friends! Would you like that? To be friends? Why, don't you speak at all? And you should really close your mouth; it is impolite to stare like that." Ivy called out to her from the doorway of the cottage. "Lilly, if you want him to speak, you must first cease speaking." Both of the women were laughing at the children, and Lilly blushed at the comment. "Sorry! I just haven't seen anyone my age yet, and I got excited, which happens rather easily. It reminds me a bit of puppies I've read about that just get so excited that they- oops. I'm doing it again. Sorry," she said with a shy smile. Adam, who had been standing there staring, just as she had pointed out, finally found his voice long enough to tell her his name. She beamed at him, saying that they would be great friends. She seized his hand and began tugging him toward the woods behind the cottage, shouting to Ivy and his mother, "We won't go far! Be back soon!" ~~~
