This story begins with America getting Japan pregnant during world war 2. But for some reason he wasn't America's capital he was Japan's, this was because America and Japan never had any true affection for each other.

Well Tokyo became friends with Stockholm for some odd reason no one really understands because they are so far apart from each other. Well Stockholm is gay but Tokyo not so much, In fact he is a huge homophobe. 

Tokyo as well hates his sister Athens for one reason and one reason only, I think that reason is obvious.
