Where The Streets Have No Name

Welcome to Vice City, a crime-ridden city full of degenerates and scumbags willing to do anything for a quick buck. The police department isn't any help, either - most to all corrupted out of their minds, apart from the lead detective, who recently retired to do private P.I. work.
When a young woman is found mutilated in an alleyway without any way of identifying her in the dead of night, the old griseled detective must investigate one of the most gruesome cases the city has ever seen.
