Dr. Cesar Parra founded Piaffe Performance in 1999.
Throughout the past 15 years, the state of the art training facility in
Whitehouse Station, New Jersey has become a premier place to raise champion
horses and riders. With their highly trained and dedicated staff, Piaffe
Performance has already succeeded in training riders and horses into winning
medals of their own. Their seasoned expertise and strict adherence to classic
German techniques has earned them much success as a business.
