His anticipation was evident now that he said it. He wanted to receive his gift.
"I'd like to see what you got for me now, thank you." He playfully asked in a pompous manner, befitting a bratty prince.
"Oh. I don't have anything for you." Lux feigned a yawn to hide her smile.
The adorable heartbroken expression was immediate upon his face, "You're lying! Surely you didn't forget your favorite god!"
"I never said you were my favorite."
"How can I not be your favorite? I'm the one who always makes you laugh and charms you with my incredible looks."
It was all true but she wasn't going to confirm that, "You're also the most annoying and playful god among everyone here."
Zagreus suddenly leaned close to her face, his nose nearly touching her nose and giving her a closer inspection of his ethereal heterochromia eyes. His red glowing right eye was both eerie and imposing, inherited from his father. While his left green eye called to her soul, deceptive and hypnotically beautiful.

But when he is given a chance to live in the land of opportunity he takes it. Dispite the God's protest, and disapproval to the idea. (Descendants belongs to disney and the writers, I only own the dialogue I make for Zagreus and the other characters I make in this book.)
