However, when it leads them into a gigantic forest, they are surrounded by another unknown kind of demon that is on the hunt for more of the Nephilims that are already being held hostage for torment and will pose a threat to anyone to stands in their way. But when Dean gets infected by the deadly disease that the demons carry throughout their blood, it's up to Sam and Zemira to find the three missing Nephilims so they can save Dean, before he dies like the rest of the human bodies they found within the forest.
