Best K-pop Songs of 2022

A monthly series where I talk about my favourite K-pop songs of the year. I had started writing these monthly lists right at the beginning of 2022, but I was a bit hesitant to publish them because I know little about music theory so I wouldn't be able to explain why I like a song effectively; however, I eventually decided to come out of my shell and go ahead. Plus, I love looking for underrated stuff, so I thought it would be cool to share what I found with other people.

Each list is a Top 10 in increasing order (from #10 to #1), with a description about why I liked each song. Unless there were less than ten good songs that month, the list also has Honourable Mentions (songs that missed the Top 10), which are also listed in increasing order (from furthest to #10 to closest to #10). Each list may also mention what I call Eye Grabbers, i.e. songs or videos that captured my attention for a specific reason.
If I miss a song from a month whose list has already been published (e.g. I discover a song from May in June), that song will not be added. Instead, I will mention it as soon as I can publish the next part (in the case of the example, I would talk about the song from May in the June list).

At the end of the year, I will try to make a final list, whose number of songs depends on how many I liked this year. The ranking in the final list might change in comparison to the original monthly list - this happens when a song grows or shrinks on me.

These lists are purely based on my opinion. You are free to disagree, of course, but please do it politely.
