Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin.

While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for.

But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. Instead of waking up a minute after he passes out, he has his first seizure ever, live on Twitch...

George is cancer free after a long battle full of chemotherapy and surgeries at his fourteenth. He starts living his life again, goes back to school and hangs out with his friends and family to appreciate all the small things in life as his leg starts hurting again... Clay is grieving because his mother passed away from lymphoma, a cancer type that's running in his family. With barely anyone around him who can comfort him while grieving, he also needs to deal with his severe anxiety coming from emetophobia, his extreme fear of throwing up. But then the worst thing happens... just as Clay gets diagnosed with blood cancer, George gets diagnosed for the second time with bone cancer. Clay's fear is so big that he doesn't know how to go on and George doesn't know if he can fight this battle a second time... Warnings: -Cancer (bone cancer (relapse)/blood cancer) -Suicidal thoughts/suicide attempt (short) -Bullying (only once in the end) -Throwing up (skippable) -Chemotherapy -Amputation ⚠️ Clay has emetophobia in this story and for all the people with this same phobia, I added a trigger for mentions/talk about throwing up/nausea, a trigger for nausea and one for throwing up. But does he fall for the manipulative behaviour of Clay's brother or does he stay loyal to Clay?
