Octavian was captured and is being held in custody. After the Giant War, the Romans wanted to execute him, and many were in favor. But the Greeks were kinder, and an agreement has not yet been reached. Rachel gets to know Octavian, and finds out maybe he isn't the cold, cruel boy everyone thinks he is behind blue eyes.
