Another great job by RavenBlack1832 is that they made sure Alex wasn't stealing other character's lines from the movie, all of them were her own just like her place on the team. The romance was also placed well throughout the story and not built up in certain spots that took over the plot. Natasha was heartbroken but she had help from her partner Clint Barton and his family to raise Alex. Eventually Natasha and Alex moved to New York and lived their lives. Alex went to school and met someone who changed his life, May 'Mayday' Parker. She and Alex became close friends and both develop feelings for each other but don't realise it. On a field trip to one of the Genetic Research Labs in New York, Alex was bitten by a radioactive DNA enhanced spider that got out of it's tank.
