This is my story for the submission to the prompt tell a story based off of a time you faced a fear or overcame a struggle to become better. My story is not quite finished so there won't be a bit where I became better. This is not rated as mature cause of sex or anything but because it includes triggering topics such as suicidal ideation, self harm, eating disorders, and not sure if this counts or not or if it's phrased right but it also mentions not being able to manage the amount of stress and problems that you have to deal with. Sorry I don't know if thats a trigger or not i just want to be safe and please let me know if i missed anything at all.

As the narrator, I'm tempted to simply write "Middle Finger" because that is essentially what you'll feel like I'm giving you in telling this story. However, for the sake of not being a complete dick, I'll write a little more than just a description of a disrespectful gesture. This story can aptly be described as crude and deranged. As you may have surmised, a crazy person will be telling this story, and the characters involved are indeed also all crazy in their own special ways. Melanie Davis is traumatized to put it shortly, her dad died, her moms an alcoholic and she was raped my her trashy boyfriend. She has no one. A girl was living an average and normal life with her mom, dad, and sister. Everything was fine, and everything was going great for this family, until one event cause the whole family to shatter in pieces. A 4 year old girl being the one who took most of the damage. As she grew older, she began to falter more and more, until she reached what you would call rock bottom. Her life was just the beginning of what you would call pure chaos, until it all was set ablaze.
