When her siblings joined Hydra she was forced to too. Hydra experimented on her giving her similar powers to her sister and the ability to temporarily absorb other people powers and ability. When Wanda and Pietro escaped Hydras grasp they promised they would come back for but never did. It's been about year and half Davina is now 16 and has been sent on mission to New York.
