Izumi has always had high hopes of becoming a Hero one day. Even when the day came she was announced quirkless, she still never gave up on her dream. That is until a certain chain of events took place, where Izumi's dream was shot down by her idol, the number one hero, All Might.

Having lost the will to shoot for being a hero, she heads her way home. It was when home though does she find her own mother in an ill state, and was soon hospitalized. 'I've lost my dream, and now I'm possibly going to lose the only family I have left.' With those thoughts, did new found determination strike, and the will to fight returned. She decides even a quirkless can become a hero!
