Stephan; a young Inteleon who once lived in the village and now lives in the royal Silver Flare town, has a dream that no other Pokémon could dream of. And it's for the sake of his soon-to-be partner...

Things only go from bleak to dire as he is sent to a small town and has to interact with Pokémon he isn't too fond of. However, things are never what they seem. There is more to Kalos than what meets the eye. Beneath the pristine surface of the region and the kingdom lie various concerns bubbling to the surface.
