After years of work. Misses Tennebaum's work has finally paid off, she had finished developing a cure to the Adam Sickness. 

Colin Harlan, a splicer who's name was feared by the other splicers, was taken by tenenbaum to have him cured. While Colin did slowly regain his sanity, He had been experiencing some side effects also. Including regaining long lost memories from long ago. Memories of his daughter.
