One night, a blue-haired kid found a small white-haired child sitting by a streetlight in a park and was encapsulated by the white-haired individual. He swore that he would have him no matter what. Even if it comes to killing. Even if he has to become the bad guy. Even if it's by the means of manipulation.

Now, Kazuha is trying to find a method of properly confessing his love for Scaramouche.
